February 21 | Transform’201′ Makes its Way to the Main Lobby
Our transformation team of Stuart Olson and Stantec have begun preparing for this bold renovation. Over the coming weeks, you can expect to see increased traffic from contractors, scaffolding and new protective walls as you pass through the lobby.
A covered walkway from the southeast doors to the elevator lobby has been created to ensure a smooth and safe trip through the lobby. Over the coming month, construction will continue within the tower’s lobby as crews
Change is right around the corner for 201 Portage! Beginning this fall, 201 Portage will be launching ‘Transform 201’, a major transformation project that will see dramatic enhancements to the tower’s main entrance and lobby, as well as the creation of BMO Bank of Montreal’s new main-floor branch.
Exterior hoarding walls are now in-place around the perimeter of the property, ensuring safe pedestrian and protected workspaces for the construction crews.
